Keep one small record for every imported or generated asset.
Required fields
- Asset name and internal ID
- Creator or generator
- Source URL and purchase date
- License name and saved evidence
- AI input: allowed or not allowed
- Original sketch or source image
- Prompt, generator, model version and account plan
- Raw AI output and final Blender file
- Changes made in Blender or another tool
- Attribution required, if any
Release rule
Do not ship an asset until its source, license and transformation history are recorded.
